Big positive change happens through small wins. I help teams take a birds-eye-view of gaps and opportunities in their product and service ecosystems. I have a decade of service design experience, solving problems where culture meets process. From designing collaboration tools for a healthcare giant, to bringing community voice in to better inform the child welfare system, I’m a macro-level designer who is focused on creating better models of care. My work generally comes down to three simple principles:
Frame the problem by making the complex understood visually
Facilitate conversations that build shared vision
Create the conditions for innovative work
Service Offerings
Facilitating Meaningful Conversations
Finding human opportunities in organizational complexity. Half jokingly I call this “Design Therapy” and have taken hundreds of executives, community members and employees through this process.
Co-Design, UX and Data-Driven Creative
Creating a culture of meaningful collaboration. Using community outreach, advanced analytics, and participatory means I help create design teams built from diverse perspectives in order to tackle old problems in new ways.
Collaborative Diagramming and Strategizing
Crafting narratives that align teams to work towards shared goals. Through Ecosystem Diagramming and Service Blueprinting I help name the people, processes, and resources in a system and then illustrate gaps and opportunities.
